Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InvestAI (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

InvestAI is a portfolio-tracking tool that ingests broker statements and, where you choose to connect them, broker or bank APIs, to display a consolidated view of your holdings across multiple brokers. InvestAI does not hold custody of any funds or securities and does not execute trades.

2. Not financial advice

InvestAI provides informational tools only. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

3. Your account and connections

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, broker API keys, and any connected bank access secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of any credentials or data you provide, and for complying with the terms of any third-party broker, exchange, or bank whose API or data you connect to the Service.

4. Third-party data and services

The Service integrates with third-party brokers, exchanges, and open banking providers (e.g. Trading212, Interactive Brokers, Binance, Tradeville, Enable Banking). InvestAI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or completeness of data provided by these third parties, or for any outage, error, or change in their APIs.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it using credentials you are not authorized to use, or interfering with its normal operation.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Displayed valuations, prices, and analytics may be delayed, estimated, or incomplete.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvestAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any investment losses, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for misuse or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
