What the BET Plus measures

BET Plus (symbol BETPlus) is a market-capitalisation-weighted index that tracks the performance of the 51 most liquid companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) in Romania. It is the main barometer of the Romanian equity market and serves as the benchmark for BET Financial Investment (BET-FI) and other local funds. The index is denominated in RON and is part of a family of BVB indices that also includes BET AeRO, BET Extended (BET-XT), BET Benchmark (BET-BK), BET Energy & Utilities (BET-NG), ROTX (Romanian Traded Index), and BET Total Return.
