Earnings growth, underwriting margins, and the mix of protection products can influence the stock's trajectory. Because Assurant is part of the S&P 500, broader index movements and sector rotation can affect its price. Comparing its valuation multiples with peers such as Moody's Corporation (MCO), BNY Mellon (BNY), Fifth Third Bancorp (FITB), Fiserv (FISV), State Street Corporation (STT), Erie Indemnity (ERIE), and Arch Capital Group (ACGL) can provide context for its relative positioning.
